Board certified in urology with sub -specialty in oncological urology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Serves as Chairperson of the Scientific Council of the Israel Medical Association and is a member of the Israel Society of Urologists, the American Urological Association, the European Urological Association, the European Association for Endoscopy Surgery and the Endourology Association. Full Professor at Tel Aviv University Sackler Faculty of Medicine. Professor Lindner is licensed to practice Medicine in the State of California
The Department of Urology at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center offers a wide range of urology services:

General Urology
Treatment of various obstructive and infectious conditions mainly due to benign prostatic hyperplasia

Uro-oncology
Diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer including high volume performance of nerve sparing radical prostatectomies, cancer of the bladder including high volume performance of radical cystectomies with bladder substitution and thermo chemotherapy to the bladder, cancer of the kidneys, biopsiesfrom suspected lesions (a unique approach), laparoscopic partial and radical nephrectomies, cryosurgery and complicated and complex oncology operations.

Endourology
Advanced machine (Siemens) for extra corporeal treatment of urinary stones, removal of stones from the urinary system by percutaneous approaches or endoscopically (ureteroscopy, retrograde intrarenal surgery).

Female Urology
Full urodynamic evaluation, advanced surgery for female incontinence and pelvic organ prolapses.

The Urology Department is affiliated with the Tel Aviv University and carries out academic research projects. The research is carried out in conjunction with the Institutes of Pathology, Oncology and Imaging at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, the Weizmann Institute, the Tel Aviv University and other prominent institutions both in Israel and abroad.
