Procedure of Organizing Medical Treatment Trip

A patient or his relatives have to apply to Medical Center "Asaf-ha-Rofeh" by telephone or fill in and send an application for medical treatment through the present site. The patient has to send copies of all available medical documentation for their examination and preparation of an individual medical care Program. In case of the absence of medical documentation, the conditions of a trip for diagnostics and treatment are stipulated separately. Medical care Program is sent to the patient by electronic mail. The Program comprises a plan of diagnostics and possible treatment, their cost and information on the prospective term of stay in Israel for the accomplishment of the present Program.   
 
The patient and accompanying persons receive an official invitation to arrive at the Medical Center "Asaf-ha-Rofeh" by electronic mail. The coordinating department of the Medical Center "Asaf-ha-Rofeh" makes a reservation at a hotel or apartment for the patient and accompanying persons, registers an appointment and arranges a consultation with the necessary specialist. Whenever necessary, it coordinates the date of forthcoming surgical operation and organizes other actions in coordination with the patient.

After the completion of the preliminary stage, the patient and accompanying persons can arrive at Tel-Aviv and proceed to diagnostics and treatment. The coordinating department of the Medical Center "Asaf-ha-Rofeh", at the patients will, organizes the welcome of the patient and accompanying persons at the airport, accommodation at a hotel, realizes a complete accompaniment of the patient during the entire period of diagnostics and treatment at the Medical Center "Asaf-ha-Rofeh".
